Welcome New Portland Artists, Poets, Singers, and Storytellers

Colored Pencils is proud to showcase newcomer art and culture with unforgettable open mic performances, arts and crafts fair, ethnic food, and more. In July, for the first time ever, Colored Pencils will be celebrated outdoors, onstage as part of SE Division/Clinton Street Fair. Performances will be held from 2-4pm centerstage at SE 20th/Division. Colored Pencils artists, friends and supporters will join the parade at 10.45am. We invite all of our neighbors in the southeast area and elsewhere from all cultures to come out and join the fun.
