Open Mic Guidelines

Polo Catlalani created this stage for ALL people to tell stories through music, songs, poetry and peforming arts. As to use this stage as tools for cultures exchange and deepending the understanding among different cultures.  Sign up for open mic by emailing Carmen Madrid.

We encourage Portland-area newcomers and performers to sign up, as we are building our program for the year. We strive to give everyone the opportunity to voice their poetry and show their talents to our community.

Please submit (and bring hard copy to the event):

• Your name, country origin, introduction line you like us to say about you
• Sample or excerpt from your performance
• Limit one song/poetry/dance performance per night, no longer than 5 minutes
